Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel instantly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner of the property, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident that hygiene and cleanliness were a top priority, which gave us great peace of mind, especially since we were traveling with our 8-month-old baby. The hotel was incredibly accommodating for our little one. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The staff made sure we had everything we needed for our baby’s comfort. Overall, our stay was an extremely happy and memorable time. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and felt truly relaxed and taken care of. It was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, welcoming, and well-maintained place to stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The hotel is close to the lake and parks. It's also 600 meters away from a viewpoint if you love sunsets. I love that the hotel is a bit of a walk from Pokhara Lakeside, which gave me a reason to walk and see more of the town center, but it's pretty close to restaurants, spas, souvenir shops, pretty much everything. After your daytime activities, you can treat yourself to a warm bath as the room where I stayed had a bathtub. They gave me a room with a balcony. So, on a nice clear day, you'll have a nice view of Fish Tail Mountain and the snow-capped mountains. The rooftop is incredible. It was my sunset spot during my stay in Pokhara. It also gives you a lake view.

Absolutely incredible stay! We spent a total of 4 nights in Pokhara, 2 before our Poon Hill trek and 2 after in a twin bed room with ensuite. Our first room was great, clean and staff were friendly. But what really made our stay was after we returned from our trek the staff put us up in the penthouse with 2 queen beds and massive bathroom with magnificent views of the lake. Really went above and beyond for us and we are really grateful. For no extra charge (nor did we ask for it!) Breakfast is great too. Well worth checking out, especially for the price.
